REAL Services and St. Joseph Regional Medical Center present the luncheon event of the year!

Please join REAL Services and co-host, St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, for the 19th annual Age of Excellence Luncheon on Thursday, May 14, 2015. The purpose of Age of Excellence is to recognize those who quietly support loved ones and/or their community through daily acts of kindness, compassion and selflessness. These individuals remind us in a fundamental way what is most meaningful in life.

The keynote speaker will be TV and radio host, author, and 2015’s Celebrity Apprentice winner, Leeza Gibbons. Gibbons is an instrumental advocate for healthcare, wellness, and care-giving and will speak on those topics and her personal involvement with them.

We will recognize nominees and award recipients in six separate categories: Business of the Year, Professional of the Year, Volunteer Group of the Year, Caregiver of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and the Hoosier Lifetime Award. All nominees reside within the five-county service area which includes Elkhart, LaPorte, Kosciuscko, Marshall, and St. Joseph counties.

Let's celebrate those who are making a difference in our community!
